Le module phyCORE i.MX 6 supporte le contrôleur i.MX 6 (cortex A9) de chez NXP, il est disponible en version Single-, Dual- et Quad-Core jusqu'à 1,2 GHz. Ce module phyFLEX i.MX 6 est destiné aussi bien aux marchés industriels, automobiles que grand public.
